May 12, 2008 ince the first of December we have shipped another 2,548,730 lbs of supplies to missions in Tanzania, Kenya, Guinea-Bissau, Ghana, Paraguay, Peru, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Honduras, Chile, and Panama, costing us $424,890.00 for transport.    In December we received 24 semi loads of supplies, including 351,270 lbs of food, and 25,541,960 vitamins and calcium tablets.   In January we received 25 more semi loads of supplies, including 293,040 lbs of food, 18,425,280 vitamins and calcium tablets, 163,152 Imodium tablets, 160,170 Tylenol & Motrin tablets, 471,600 cough drops, and 30,960 antacid tablets.   In February we received 19 more semi loads of supplies, including 178,900 lbs of food, 11,196,720 vitamin & calcium tablets, 98,000 Pepcid tablets, and 35,712 cold tablets.   In March we received 16 more semi loads of supplies, including 67 hospital beds, 10,296 toothbrushes, 4,824 tubes of toothpaste and 100,700 lbs of food.   In April we received 14 more semi loads of supplies, including 110,424 Pepcid tablets, 67,800 cough drops 86,560 lbs of food, 776,880 vitamin and calcium tablets, 362,880 Tylenol tablets, 5,040 bottles of children’s liquid Motrin, 86,400 Lactaid tablets, 6, 310 Imodium tablets, and 182 new sleeping bags.   This month we have already received 3 more semi loads of supplies, including 311,040 pain tablets, 10,000 lbs of food, 5,040 bottles of baby wash, and 1,152 bottles of shampoo.
